TevTech receives order for two sintering systems with delivery in January 2006. The SiC sintering sytems will include the TevTech binder management system, an incinerator and be capable of 2,300 C.

TevTech receives an order for an Advanced Fuel Testing System. The systems metal hot zone will be capable of attaining 2,000c and will incorporate load locks, manipulation of fuel cell and collection plates.

TevTech receives order for sintering system with delivery in December 2005. The sytem will include a molybdenum hot zone, capable of 1,350c and a working area of 52" by 28" by 125" in length.

TevTech has installed an MTS vapor delivery systme capable of changing process flow rates and achieving equilibrium within 2 minutes across a 5 to 1 flow scale. The "plug and play" VPC delivery systme is contained within its own gas cabinet, complete with independent PLC control, gas detection, and bulk gas storage.

TevTech has received multiple orders for Silicon Carbide sintering systems for delivery in 2005. The systems have working areas ranging from 6 cu ft. to 100 cu ft, with temperature capabilities over 2,100c, PLC process control and binder burn off via integrated incinerator.

TevTech LLC is pleased to announce the delivery of a Cold Gas Spray Apparatus to the Hong Kong Productivity Council. The CGS system is capable of spraying a wide variety of powders. The system will be used to conduct research on potential applications involving the copper, aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, and composite powders.

TevTech LLC is pleased to announce the delivery of a Zinc Sulfide Chemical Vapor Deposition System. The ZnS system will be used to manufacture infrared and multispectral grade products.

TevTech LLC announces the delivery of a Graphitization system to Touchstone Research laboratory in Tridelphia, WV. The furnace has an 18" diameter by 20" high hot zone and is capable of operating at 2,800c. The system will be used by Touchstone Research Laboratory to graphitize its carbon foam products.

TevTech delivered a Vertical Bridgeman Chamber which will be used to expand input growth. The chamber achieves a thermal gradient with a single heater and controlled manipulation of the crucible.

TevTech LLC is pleased to announce hte completion and shipment of our first Cold Gas Spray Apparatus for use in the Cold Gas Dynamic Spray Method (CGSM). TevTech has been granted a license to manufacture and sell this process, in which high-pressure inert gas is delivered at a controlled rate and temperature to a supersonic jet nozzle to deposit materials at relatively low temperatures.
