TevTech designs and installs custom high temperature vacuum furnace system components to improve installed high temperature vacuum furnace materials processing systems. 

Over time installed high temperature vacuum furnace systems may be called on to deliver new process parameters or improved process capability and control.  In some cases a new high temperature vacuum furnace system may be the best solution, in other cases addition of new components or replacement of installed components may be the most effective way to address the new requirements. 

TevTech’s engineers are able to review an installed high temperature vacuum furnace system and offer a new high temperature vacuum furnace system solution or upgrade solution.  Examples of upgrades we have installed are increased capacity raw material storage, new gas distribution systems, new vapor delivery systems, new process control, new vacuum generation and control, new hot zones, new vacuum chambers, refurbished vacuum chambers, and upgraded power distribution systems.  Our upgrades are designed to meet or exceed the new process requirements.  We test the component systems in house to assure performance.  Our engineers install the component(s) in the field and assist the customer with the integration to the installed high temperature vacuum furnace system.
